Things I've done:
I've traveled to 27 different countries on 6 continents! While
being a musician I like to consider myself well rounded. I've
been a radio DJ, software engineer and an international sales
manager. I've been blessed to play and record with some of
the best club bands in New England including, The Fraank Band,
Davis Brothers Garage, Stonecross, Spanky, Classics Show Band,
River City Band and Fatback. I've opened for numerous artists
including Meatloaf, Dave Mason and Grand Funk Railroad. Known
for my "Big Ears", I am one of the most active bass
players in the area as I am often called by other bands to
fill in when their bass players can't make a gig.
What's ironic is that while I focused on playing the upright
bass in JHS and HS, I made VT All-State for singing! |
Musical inspirations:
Zappa, Hendrix, the Floyd, James Brown, Prince, Return to Forever,
Sly, Weather Report,
Four Tops, Supremes, Cannonball Adderly,
Coltrane, Beatles, Stones, Tower of Power, Yes, Supertramp,
Johnny Cash, Edgar Winter and Ray Charles. I also enjoy Verdi,
Shubert and Berloiz. |
Why I like Mirage:
This is an exceptional group of multitalented musicians who
can play all different styles of music and keep it fresh.
At the same time, they are good people who care about each
other and the people they play for...
So many bands in this market are all about the business end
of things. Mirage is like a family
and that makes it fun and
enjoyable. |
